san francisco police say a seven hour standoff has ende we have a crew on the way to the scene will bring you an update as soon as it becomes available. >> also police say a seven hour standoff has ended after police arrested a robbery suspect who had barricaded himself inside marijuana growing side in san francisco. officers say for hostages for inside the building had been released earlier. the tactical team with a police dog arrested the man was around following the standoff at the building in the city's bayview district. police quickly set up three block perimeter and treated the situation as though they were hostages. a swat team and negotiators were called. >> 46 a 46 year-old man faces murder and other

>> we are back. 4:44 on the clock. my favorite time of day. >> help is on the way for east palo alto creek, which is prone to flooding. governor jerry brown assigned a state of emergency proclamation for san mateo county in particular, san francisquito creek. city leaders say state and federal money will help pay for the repairs. the funding will help put a measuremesh netting to the banks exaggerated during the floods. last december storm caused millions of dollars in damage to the creek. the levies were breached. flooding several homes and businesses.

a dead man at the guadalupe oak grove park around 4:00 in the afternoon. when they arrived they found a man in his 20s who died of several stab wounds. this is video from our partners at sky 7 h d. this park is very big and has lots of trials. it is a place for many people come to hike. it is unclear if the victim was on one of the drills when he was found. police, were investigating the murder well into the night at around 8:00. this silver lincoln was told out of the parking will be taken to another location for further analysis. >> police say no weapon was recovered at the scene, no witnesses, no suspects. it is unclear if the murder was gang-related. police are looking into the possibility the victim may have been murdered someone else and body dumped at the park later on. >> i am jeff bush in san

jose kron 4 news. >> community members gather together in martinez to help find a local high school senior missing since last week. family and friends prayed for the safe return of 18 year-old ryan men jivar . menfivar was reported missing last tuesday after leaving home with only the clothes on his back. thihe left his cash, id, and credit card. family and friends say the 18 year- old singer was bullied at school but that this is out of character. they always want to see him safely home. >> police are investigating this as a voluntary missing persons case but based on information found considered ryan at risk. >> residents chased out of

their homes in san francisco west 4 0 mb floodwaters' got a chance to meet the mayor face-to-face. mayor ed lee to tour a fifth avenue and wawona . one of a firsthand look at the area where broken water main burst last week sending water inside cars and homes. after the tour, he spoke with residents fear that their concerns at community meetings. here's one homeowner had said about the city's response. >> they need to make sure we are safe. >> this is video from last week. the water was gushing through the streets. cars were submerged and 27 homes were damaged, three of are read tech. this means the residents have to stay away any to be months before they're allowed to return home. three other homes had been yellow tag, so their owners have a limited access. the problem
